When making a booking, it is always helpful to give us the most information you can.
For example:

  • Is it single storey, 2 storey, 3 storey or above?
  • Do you have a tile or colour bond roof?
  • Is it inbuilt or freestanding? (Flue goes up through a chimney or is visible in the room)
  • Make and Model of the heater
  • Approximate age of flue and heater

Providing this information is not essential but may help us all save time if special parts are needed
